A: We are offering Free Shipping only for Ontario Region, and shipping cost for Quebec Region will be calculated at checkout.

Q: Do you sell vanity without the countertop & Sink?

A: No

Q: Do you deliver to the house/Apartment?

A: No, shipping company deliver the items to the curbside of the house or into the lobby of the apartments.

Q: Do you Install vanities, Faucets ?

A: No, But we have some contractors we can refer.

Q: How do i use PayBright ?

A:

  3. Confirm your payment plan with PayBright and return to CCSUPPLY.CA to complete your order. We'll process and ship your order as usual.

Q: How do i make my monthly payments ?

A: PayBright will help you set up convenient, pre-authorized payments via your bank account or your Visa or Mastercard credit / debit card.

Q: Are there any limits on how much I can spend with PayBright ?

A: While PayBright makes financing easy, PayBright financing is not available for orders under CAD $100 or over CAD $15,000.

Q: Who can apply for a PayBright payment plan ?

A: PayBright payment plans are available to Canadian residents above the age of majority, which is 18 or 19, depending on your province.

Q: Can I prepay my outstanding PayBright balance ?

A: Yes, all PayBright payment plans can be prepaid at any time without penalty.

Q: I was not able to complete a PayBright transaction. What happened ?

A: Unfortunately, PayBright is not able to provide payment plans to every applicant. This could be due to the information on your credit file, or because PayBright was not able to verify your identity or your payment method. For further information, please contact PayBright.

Q: How do returns work if I paid using PayBright?

A: Purchases made using PayBright financing are subject to CCSupply's standard return policy. Any returns will be processed by CCSupply, and your PayBright loan balance will be reduced or cancelled accordingly. If you have already made monthly payments, those will be refunded to you by PayBright.

Q: Does PayBright run a credit check?

A: Yes, PayBright only do a credit check with a bureau (such as Equifax or TransUnion) if you decide to complete your transaction with PayBright.

Q: More Information?

A: Your monthly payment amount, and the loan terms available depend on your personal credit profile. Monthly payments include a $7 processing fee. Some conditions apply and all transactions are subject to approval by PayBright. Estimated monthly payment amount excludes taxes, shipping, and other fees.
