FAQs COVID-19 virus

Can I place an order? Will CCSUPPLY deliver the package?

Yes, our online store is working hard to maintain a selection of priority items and deliver them to Canadians. In some cases, due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions (e.g. schools).

Our teams are working around the clock to ensure availability of these products, and continue to bring on additional capacity to deliver customer orders. We are continuing to ship all available selection in our inventory.

Why are some items taking longer to ship?

We are seeing increased online shopping, and as a result, some products are taking longer to ship. We appreciate your understanding.

Will your store stay open?

Yes, we are open.

As the situation of COVID-19 continues to evolve day to day in Ontario the primary focus of CCSUPPLY is to protect the health and safety of our co-workers and customers.

Our store is open but we will be limiting the number of customers allowed in the store. Online purchases and deliveries are still available. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

We appreciate your understanding while we navigate these unprecedented times.

If you place an order online, we're offering free delivery to the garage within the Ontario region.

Will your online store stay open?

Yes, our online store remains open, but due to high demand, delivery times may be longer than usual. Please avoid using delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions.

DELIVERY INSTRUCTION:

As the situation caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) quickly evolves, we want to assure you that all of us are doing everything we can to keep our employees, customers and the communities we serve safe.

Following the direction of the Public Health Agency of Canada, we continue to introduce new safety measures to help contain the spread of COVID-19. Until further notice, these safety measures will now include a change to how we deliver the door-to-door items that normally require a signature.

    • To help minimize points of close contact in our communities, we will no longer be requesting signatures for any deliveries to the door. This will eliminate the need for scanners and stylus pens to be passed back and forth during the delivery process of these items.

    • Instead, where possible, our delivery agents will apply our safe drop process. This means they will leave these items in your mailbox or outside your door if it’s safe to do so.

    • If you are sick or under self-isolation, please let us know as soon as possible and we will schedule you delivery for later date.

Construction Commodities Supply will continue to monitor the rapidly evolving situation around COVID-19, and to actively follow the guidance and safety recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada.

We will let you know about any changes we make to our processes that will help increase the collective safety of our communities.

During this difficult period, as we continue to connect and to proudly serve you, please know that your safety and the safety of our employees remains our top priority.
